Close to town 2 bedroom apartments, perfect for small groups or families. Comes fully equipped for 4 people. Located within a 4 unit complex with security onsite and a beautiful shared pool overlooking San Juan Bay. Perfect for long term stays.

We are always available in case you need anything so please dont hesitate to contact us. We have caretaker on site, he does garden and pool maintenance during the day and will also be availble in case you need any assistance, his wife also lives onsite in case you want to hire cleaning services. We encourage guests to tip the staff at the end of their stay if you are happy with their services.

Colinas de Miramar its a growing development, located juts 8 minutes for the center of town. Road inside the delevlopment are all dirt so driving around could be tricky, we recommend SUV or pick up trucks if possible.

Electricity: Please note that electricity is very expensive in Nicaragua. Electricity is not all included in the rental price (for short term rentals we include 25KW per day, if you use more than that you’ll be charged USD 0.50 cents per KW), for longer stays (More than a month) we do not include any elctricity in the price at all. For monthly rentals rates we do not include utilities, (electricity, water and internet) these must be pay separately. The average electricity usage is 15-35 kWh per day. Being conscious about electricity usage helps us to maintain our rental price. Please turn off the Air conditioning and other appliances when you are not using them. Thanks for helping us out on this one… With our house you will be asked to sign an agreement upon arrival, this agreement is so you understand that you are responsible for paying electricity (if you use more than 25K per day) and that you will pay for any damage done to the house.
