Welcome to Paradise!

Sit back and enjoy your favourite cocktail in our beautiful vacation rental villa while viewing the spectacular Pacific Sunset in this private, serene, 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath home,  modern kitchen. Relax in the expansive living areas enjoying the natural Nicaraguan breezes enhanced by multiple ceiling fans throughout the house.

This home has a King bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in each of the guest rooms. The latter are separated from the main living area and master bedroom by a powder room, which includes a full size washer and dryer. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, air conditioning and ample closet space. The guest bedrooms share a bathroom with 2 sinks and a separate water closet. Windows and sliding glass doors have screens which enable the breezes to come in and the critters to stay out.

Going back to the views, they are indescribable. From a single spot, you can see San JuanBay (with Costa Rica in the background) on one side, Nacascolo Bay on the other and the statue of Jesus in the middle. There is always something to look at.

Walk to town in 35 minutes through La Talanquera, where dining and shopping options abound. And then go back home to the quiet serenity.

Price of 120USD is for 4 people for 2 bedrooms, price for 6 people and 3 bedrooms is 175usd.

Note that electricity is expensive in Nicaragua for this reason we only include 35KW per day (24 hours).
