Located on top of a hill inside of Pelican Eyes Hotel and Resort, Casa de Cooper has magnificent unique views of San Juan del Sur bay and the Palermo valley.

Casa de Cooper was carefully planned and designed in order to take advantage of the amazing views from each area of the house. This vacation home has 3 individual units, 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas and 7 bathrooms along with 2 private swimming pools and plenty of outdoor space.

Casa de Cooper is your ideal place to call your vacation home in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua.

Enjoy some of the beautiful Nicaraguan sunsets from any of the private patios and terraces or while taking a tropical drink in Casa Vista Paraíso’s private pool.

Casa Vista Paraiso has 2 bedrooms, each with a large bathroom complete with hand painted double sinks and a large walk-in shower. The main living area has fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area that seats 6 people, a breakfast bar, a complete bathroom, a private balcony and a front patio for that special relaxing quite getaway.

Although the Casa is rented for 4 guests, additional guests can be accommodated at an additional per day price.  The couch, a futon, in the main living area converts to a bed to accommodate an additional guest. The maximum number of guest is 8 people.
