Casa Hacienda is a Beautiful custom made home just 3 minutes from downtown San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. Home has 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, courtyard, hammocks, laundry facilities, wifi, maid service, live-in host and partial ocean views! 7 day stays include Yoga!
3000+ Sq. Foot home with lots of stone and tile work just a few minutes from town. Home sits on a hill with ocean views and views to other nearby hillsides. House has 5 bedrooms, outfitted with double bunk beds, queen bunk beds, and a king bed.
Lots of custom finishes and 3 hammocks make the house comfortable and inviting for any group. Large dining area, living room, and day room provide plenty of indoor space for everyone to hang together, and the courtyard is plenty spacious for evening meals or just to hang out.
Guest Access
Access to resort style pool and yoga hut. We can also arrange for yoga lessons and massage therapy sessions on-site through our company Nica Yoga.
Interaction with Guests
There is daily maid service by our wonderful house lady, and a live-in host who is there to handle any questions or concerns you may have. The host lives in the attached garage space, however, you may request that the host not stay on property for an additional $15/day; this fee waived for stays of 7 days or more.
The Neighborhood
Hacienda El Camino del Sol is inside of a tranquil development called El Camino del Sol, home of Nica Yoga just outside the downtown area of San Juan del Sur, NIcaragua. Town is just a three minute drive away, and beaches such as Maderas, Marsella and Majagual are just 15-20 minutes away by vehicle.
The neighborhood has a large resort style pool, poolside bathrooms, a large rancho to relax under, and a large yoga hut for use by guests as well.
Getting around
We can arrange vehicle rental or set up shuttles for transport. You can also simply walk just outside the development and hail a taxi for a quick ride into town.

- Meals can be provided, must be arranged ahead of time
- We can set up surfing lessons, beach trips, canopy tours, stand up paddleboarding, day trips to Granada, Ometepe, Laguna de Apoyo, etc
- Live-in Host is available for all your needs. To decline this service there is a fee of $15/day; this fee waived for stays of 7 days or more.
