Description of Casa Linda

A well-situated, modern home within the private, upscale community of Pacific Marlin. Just a few minutes from “downtown” San Juan del Sur. The best of both worlds – quiet (except when the monkeys howl), serene, great views of the ocean with onlya 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk into town.

Watch the beautiful sunsets over the ocean from either rocking chairs on the patio / upstairs balcony or from the swimming pool. This home has 2 bedrooms on the second floor of the main house and 1 detached bedroom near the pool, and 3.5 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the ocean.

The house has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a new stove + refrigerator (ice-maker too), hot water heaters, air conditioners in all rooms, sliding door screens for the cool mornings, Wifi and Cable TV.
