Located a mere 10 minutes from the heart of San Juan del Sur, Villa Mango’s lush grounds and ocean views make it a little slice of paradise. Perfect for hosting friends or just hanging out, this spacious 4BR/3BA home is a true gem.

Just steps from a private parking pad, Villa Mango’s front door opens to a huge great room with ceiling fans overhead. A table for eight in the dining room is ideal for entertaining while plenty of rocking chairs and a television with DVD player in the living area allow for relaxing movie nights. The large kitchen is open and airy with lots of counter space for preparing meals and snacks.

Located just off the living area are two bedrooms, both with queen beds and full bathrooms. Because of the cool breezes on the hill and off the ocean, there is no need for air conditioning, with lots of ceiling fans to keep temperatures comfortable.

Downstairs sit two additional bedrooms which share a full bath. The first features a queen bed and the other two twins. Ceiling fans as well as plenty of windows are present for the enjoyment of the breeze from the hillside.

Villa Mango’s swimming pool with outdoor shower is the place to be to enjoy fabulous ocean views and take a refreshing dip. Plenty of shaded patio space is also available nearby for those that don’t want to catch too many rays.
