Description of Casa Mia

Casa Mia is a new house with all the amenities to enjoy your vacation and is ideal for a family or a small group of friends.  The house sits perched on a hillside in the Lomas de Palermo development, one of the more mature & complete developments in San Juan del Sur.  The house consists of three pods, each surrounded by its own private porch with picturesque ocean and valley views.

On the first floor of the main pod there is a fully-equipped kitchen, large open living room with three bed/couches, dining room and half-bath, all overlooking the infinity pool. On the second floor of the main pod you’ll find the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.  The westernmost pod contains the master suite with a king-size bed with a porch that wraps around to the sunset views and infinity pool.

Each bedroom has its own loft and all the furnishings are local, custom-made from beautiful Nicaraguan hardwoods.  The look and finishes of Casa Mia are intentionally of a rustic style which beauties with age. Modern amenities abound and include: A/C, internet, satellite TV, high-def TVs in bedrooms, big screen/high-def TV in family room, DVD player, Nintendo Wii player, home music system w/CD and iPod auxiliary input, washer/dryer, outdoor grill.  You will find Casa Mia comfortable, stylish and completely functional – the perfect home away from home.
