Casa Santa Rita is a newly and modern,  just finished  2 bedroom house.  This is a great Vacation Rental due to its close location to San Juan del Sur down town. This house can be rented for 4 people for 150USD per night,  and 25usd extra per person per night up to 6 people max.

Casa Santa Rita is a great vacation rental located on the top of the south hills in San Juan del Sur Down town, behind the dock. What makes this house special and unique is its location, with astonishing views to San Juan del Sur town and bay, Very close to town and yet far from all the noise and craziness that goes on in town. Beautiful and quiet location, to get to this house you will have to go through a small fishing neighbourhood of friendly locals who are accustomed to seeing tourist come in and out, as there are a few developments in this area. The house is located only about 800 meters/half a mile from the beach and town, even though we are very close to everything walking might be a little difficult as the roads are very steep, we do not recommend walking unless you are an avid climber, renting a vehicle is recommended. Please note that there is a studio on the third floor that is not for guests use, it will remain locked and guests will not have access to it. We also have our beautiful 25 footer center console sport fishing boat in the water, please let us know ahead of time if you’d like to take a boat trip with our crew, we offer fishing trips, surfing trips, snorkelling, whale and dolphin watching (depending on the season) and we can also take you to a private white sand beach… Discounted price for our guests.
