Description of Casa Serinity

Casa Serenity lives up to it’s name.

It boasts a wrap arround deck with views of the bay of Nacascolo the private pool with wet bar and the back yard.

The house comes fully equipped for your convenience and has 24/7 security as well.

Casa Serenity is located just north of the town of San Juan del Sur, where you find shopping nightlife and a wonderful beach that is inviting to the family with or with out children. Just at about 800 meters, we have the new beach front develoment called Portal del Mar, where you can go enjoy the beach sitting under the roofed Gazebos, and enjoy all the activities they offer on the beach, such as: kayaking, hiking, volleyball nets, restaurants, etc etc.

At the house there is Air Conditioning, hot water and two bathrooms for you convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the house is comfortable furnished. You will find sleeping accomodation for up to six people.

If you want to explore the beaches to the north you will find Playa Marsella, Playa Majagual and the surfing beach Maderas with its surfers and the local Restaurants. There are a number of other Resots and Restaurants for fine dining and meeting with friends in the area.

A little further you will find the Island of Ometepe and Granada and Masya.
