Casa Soma is a modern Villa, well equipped for up to 16 guests, Ideally located within walking distance to the beach and town of San Juan del Sur. Enjoy panoramic ocean views from the terrace. The space

Casa Soma is Ideally located within walking distance to the beach and town, but secluded enough to allow for privacy for you and your family and friends.

Enjoy the comforts of a vacation home in a private, yet generously sized modern villa made up of a large two-story house, two guest houses and a lagoon shaped pool with a waterfall. Each bedroom and guest house has its own a private entrance and full bathroom. The property is equipped a full and well stocked kitchen , five full bathrooms, lounge areas, air conditioners in each bedroom. hot water, WiFi, TV’s with Roku, a projector and bed space for up to 16 guests. The beds are dressed with quality bed sheets and ultra comfortable mattresses.

Guest House 1 : King bed/or two single beds and bed bunk bed in the adjoining room that can fold against the wall, full private bathroom, kitchenette, garden and pool view.

Guest House 2: King bed/or two single beds and bed bunk bed in adjoining room that can fold against the wall, full private bathroom, private kitchenette, garden and pool view.

Each of bedrooms and guest house has a private entrances and is equipped with full bathrooms with hot water. Each bedroom has whisper quiet air conditions and ceiling fans. The two upper bedrooms have ocean views with panoramic views of San Juan bay, the town of San Juan del sur, and of the crescent shaped bay. Enjoy stunning sunsets and expansive views as you step out on to the veranda from your bedroom.

The lower floor and upper floor veranda are equally large. The lower floor has a a ten person seating area and a ten person outdoor dining table, two double hammocks and a family sized barbecue. The full sized kitchen has a seated bar area for four people, a six-burner gas range, and all the cookware, dishware and small appliances and extras you’ll need.

The guesthouse/casita has a well equipped kitchenette with a small fridge, 2-burner stovetop, a toaster oven, other small appliances and a TV with Netflix and a Roku Media Player. The murphy bed bunk bed easily folds-up against the wall to allow for even more space. These beds even have a built-in desk when the bed is folded into the all.

A private cook is available for $25 per meal for up for 8 guests (cost of food not included). For more than 8 guests an additional $10 will be charged. The property is cleaned before and after a reservation. Daily cleaning is available for $20 per day.
