Tucked away in the trees, our casita’s ideal position and large screened windows allow cool breezes to flow through the house. High vaulted cane ceilings and large overhangs provide shade from sun or rain showers. Wake to the sound of the howler monkeys in the trees and enjoy your morning coffee on the wrap around covered deck surrounded by nature.

A short 10 minute stroll down a flat path lies Playa Marsella. A quiet, beautiful sandy beach known for swimming and offers activities for the whole family, including kayak and paddleboard rental .If surfing is your thing, Playa Maderas, known for world class surfing is a short shuttle ride away. After a day at the beach, rinse off with our outdoor shower and then relax in the hammock. You will be close enough to San Juan to experience what it has to offer yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet at night.

Amenities

Built in 2016, our casita comes complete with a queen size bed, ceiling fans, mosquito netting and A/C in the bedroom. It is fully equipped with furnishings, hot water, fridge, hot plate, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, rice cooker and plenty of kitchenware. Your choice cook at home or wine and dine at some of the local fine restaurants within walking distance. A fold down sofa in the kitchen/living room area can accommodate an additional two people. Linens and towels including beach towels are provided. Laundry services can be arranged for an additional fee. While there is a nearby shuttle and taxi service available, having your own transportation allows you freedom to explore the area.
