Villa Helena is the perfect place to enjoy San Juan del Sur from a privileged position. Sitting on top of an ocean-front hill, it offers unbeatable views of the bay while keeping you only 5 minutes away from the town center and the multiple beaches around.

The house is equipped with all the amenities necessary to ensure the most comfortable stay for the most demanding guests. 
Private bathrooms and independently controlled A/C units in all of the house bedrooms, along with the Swimming pool, Charcoal BBQ Grill, High speed WIFI network, HD Smart TV’s, Bluetooth Speakers, Blue-ray Player, Stainless Steel appliances (…), set Villa Helena a part from all other residences in the area making it the obvious choice for those travelers seeking something more than a bed and roof.

Guests will have access to entire house and all its amenities and furnishings.

We love accommodating our guests and giving the best possible service to make them feel like home. You will be able to reach us at any time for any questions about the House or different activities or locations in the area.

San Juan del Sur is known for its vibrant atmosphere and fun and funky people. The town is filled of numerous bars, restaurants, art galleries and beaches for all tastes and moods!

The house has a walled-in 4 car garage so you can bring your own vehicles to move around or rent it from one of the multiple rental companies in town. You’ll be able to rent anything from cars, minibuses, ATV’s, Quads, bikes and even water jets!

Please note that electricity cost in Nicaragua is extremely high so we strongly encourage our guests to save as much of it as possible. The House will include an allowance of 30 kw/h per night, however, all kw/h consumed after that will have to be paid to the Caretaker at the time of departure at a rate of $0.5/kw/h.
